At Budget Paws, we prioritize the health and safety of every pet. Because our products go directly into a petโs mouth, we maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure all items sold are 100% clean, safe, and brand new.
30-Day Return Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on unopened and unused items. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unopened, unused, unlicked, free of saliva or pet hair, and in their original factory-sealed packaging.

You will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To request a return, email hello@budgetpaws.us with your order number and clear photos showing the item's unopened, factory-sealed condition. Once approved, we will send you specific return instructions. Items sent back without prior photo approval will not be accepted.
Hygiene & Non-Returnable Items
Due to strict oral hygiene and health standards:

Any item that has been opened, removed from packaging, or placed near a petโs mouth cannot be returned or refunded.

Customized gear, gift cards, and final sale items are strictly non-refundable.
Damages & Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at hello@budgetpaws.us immediately with photos so we can send a replacement right away at no cost to you.
Exchanges & Refunds
The fastest way to get a different item is to return your unopened product for a refund and place a new order.
Once your return is received and verified to be factory-sealed, approved refunds will process back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
